Claudia has over 15 years experience with advising domestic and international clients about Intellectual Property. She specialises in trademarks and designs. 

Following a career with renowned national and international private practice firms, Claudia founded Alducia in 2026.

Claudia combines a proactive approach with endless curiousity. She knows how to handle complex legal matters in a such a way that her clients feel comfortable, in control and well-supported.  

In close collaboration with her clients, she translates their commercials goals into an IP strategy that is future proof and commercially sound. 

Over the years, Claudia has gained experience in a wide variety of sectors. However, companies with creative, innovative and sustainable goods and services are closest to her heart.

Claudia is a certified Benelux en EU attorney and represents clients directly before the Benelux IPO (BOIP), EUIPO and WIPO. Through a trusted network of international experts she is able to handle worldwide projects and portfolio's.
